We are seeking a skilled Robotics Engineer with proven industry experience to join our team in Santander, Spain. In this full-time, on-site position, you will contribute to the development, integration, and testing of advanced robotic systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and robotics, with additional experience in space technologies or aerospace applications considered a significant plus.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experience in designing, programming, and assembling robotic manipulators, both in industry or academia.
- Proficiency in at least one robotics programming language (e.g., ROS, Python, C++).
- Availability to move in a short term to Santander, north of Spain, for full time employment on-site (hybrid scheme is not possible).
Other Requirements:
- Experience in space application and/or robotics for space is a strong plus.
- Integrate and test robotic solutions, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to robotics and automation.
- Hands-on experience with industrial robotic arms (e.g., KUKA, ABB, FANUC, UR, etc.).
- Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and real-time systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- BSc/MSc in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is desirable.
